As leaders, please think deeply about what you can do to encourage each member to advance with hope and courage. Then take the necessary steps to do so. Just giving guidance without putting yourself in the members’ shoes isn’t very meaningful. It’s important that you listen to them, chant with them , open their hearts, and truly understand there situations.
